Payment policy.

1 - Delivery and cash payment at home:

2 - Bank transfer payment - delivery via courier service:

- Valuable products include VAT over 20 million VND, according to the Law on VAT issued by the State, payment by bank transfer is required. Customers can call the staff for detailed advice.

3 - Shipping fee + product insurance fee:

- Shipping fee: Free nationwide or according to agreement.
- Product insurance fee: For products that are shipped through a third party, a company that has signed a transport contract with Quoc Tuan Production and Trading Service Joint Stock Company, the customer pays the fee. Product insurance depending on the value of the product. During the transportation process, if any damage or loss occurs, the customer will be compensated 100% of the product value at the time of sale if the insurance is paid.
4 - Other cases:

- Customers who request to transfer goods to other third parties such as garage, acquaintance, or transporter do not sign a contract directly with Quoc Tuan Production and Trading Service Joint Stock Company. Costs and all risks during transportation are borne by the customer. When the delivery staff of Quoc Tuan Production and Trading Service Joint Stock Company hand over the product to a third party, the customer and the customer's shipping partner need to confirm by phone, SMS or above.
